Absolutely perfect. My girlfriend's mum found out about us and got all homophobic...we had to break up so we could still be allowed to see each other as friends. IT'S SO STUPID AND SO UNJUST. Makes me wanna *makes various stabby angsty motions*

(I'm a friend of Scout's, by the way...I've got a character on DL I never ever play.)

That's just...terrible. I hid from my mother for so long, now I'm just so amazingly grateful that she accepts it with no real issues. I doubt it would have gone over as well if I had had a girlfriend when my parents found out but she never would have gone that far.
